December 2016 Update

The Victoria Market broke the record with numbers of properties SOLD at 10,622 over only 9,241 in 2015.

Pender Island can boast 126 Properties SOLD over only 83 in December 2015 (Dockside SOLD 71 Properties vs. 55 Sales for our Competitors). 25% of Victoria's Properties SOLD over List Price and Prices there have increased by 23.6% over December 2015 (Average Victoria Home Price is $758,000 - 2016). Pender Island has not seen a price increase and only one home obtained Over List price when the buyers bought all the furnishings, too. Saturna Island can also boast 21 Sales this year.

There is Record Low Inventory in Victoria and on Pender.  Pender only has 54 Listings, and Victoria only has 1,493 Listings, 40.7 % fewer Listings than the 2,517 Victoria had in December 2015.

We seem to still be quite busy with many buyers looking over the holidays.
